1、The main transimssion system adopts advanced two shifts of mechanical variation and the electricity is stepless variation , which realized larger range of variation of the main spindle. The man drive motor adopts Siemens AC main spindle motor which has large start torque and the function of man spindle direction .
2、Accuracy compensation technology , digital electrolyte proportion vale control are adopted so as to keep the accuracy requirement of the main spindle:
Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted at the bask of square ram so as so realize deformation compensation for square ram.
3、Slide. ,ram and headstock guideways are muliti-point closed hydrostatic guideways so as'to get a suitable dynamic and static fricition coefficient and no crawling at low speed is guarateed when it feeds backlash free.
